Celebrating Traditional Hanukkah Cuisine with Chef Todd Gray: We invite you to join Chef Todd and Rabbi Shmuel Hertzfeld of Temple Ohev Sholom for an evening of latkes and learning! This class will teach you the fundamentals of making latkes, along with all the traditional accompaniments — and some that are not so traditional. You will also hear about the historical beginnings of this humble potato treat and all that it symbolizes to the Jewish community.
