This class will teach you the fundamentals of making latkes, along with all the traditional accompaniments — and some that are not so traditional. You will also hear about the historical beginnings of this humble potato treat and all that it symbolizes to the Jewish community. For dessert, Manna’s Pastry Chef Brandi Eddinger will join us to demonstrate another tasty tradition of Hanukkah - Sufganyot, the jelly donut that celebrates the Hanukkah miracle!
