Travel Information

We will be flying into and out of Kyiv, then traveling by chartered bus. 

There are many airlines flying into Kyiv. Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Swiss Air, United, Belgian Airways, KLM, Air France, Air Canada operate flights that depart IAD around 5pm or earlier, make a stop-over in Europe or Canada and arrive in Kyiv between 12:45pm and 1:15pm the next day. Other airlines fly in as well. Some fly in at 4pm and later.

It is strongly recommended that you get a flight that gets you to Kyiv no later than 1:15pm on July 26. We will be planning on taking a short rest and then getting a tour of Kyiv. Later arrivals will likely be missing this tour. 

Virtually all airlines depart Kyiv in the early morning hours and arrive at IAD the same day around 3-4pm.
 
You will want to get a ticket departing on July 25 and returning on August 2, 2018.  

Flights can usually be purchased for $800-$1,200.
