Guest Scholar Rabbi Sharon Shalom: Please join us as we welcome Rabbi Sharon Shalom to Ohev Sholom in honor of Yom Haatzmaut. Rabbi Shalom is a distinguished rabbi, an accomplished scholar, and lecturer in both academic institutions and popular settings. He serves as a leader in the Ethiopian Jewish community in Israel, and recently authored "From Sinai to Ethiopia: The Halakhic and Conceptual World of Ethiopian Jewry."
