Anafim: A Learning Program: Anafim is a new Jewish educational program for 3rd-4th graders not in day schools. Tai Chi for Adults led by Maureen Stone: Tai Chi is an exercise program based on martial arts, which emphasizes focus, balance and strength. Tai Chi is done standing, in comfortable clothes - including comfortable street clothes. The class will be taught by Maureen Stone, who is certified in the Lao Yang style of Tai Chi.
