Mazal Tov to all the JDS seniors who graduated this past week! A special kiddush sponsored by the parents of Ohev’s JDS graduates is planned for next shabbat in advance of the graduates’ upcoming trip to Israel and Poland.
Kiddush this week is sponsored in honor of Ellen Epstein, whose endless energy is only surpassed by her infinite generosity, on the occasion of her birthday.
Given by her husband, David, and her grateful and adoring children and grandchildren:
Jeremy & Tamar, Calanit, Erez, and Nitzahn; Asher & Smadar, Dalia, Ami, Tomer, and Yael;
Barak & Rebecca, Noa, Aviya, and Sonia;
Dina & Eitan, Ezra, Talya, Ilan, and Leor;
Kira & Billy, Isaac, Karlyn, and Robinson.
Earthquake Relief Fund
We are devastated by the news of the horrible earthquake that has killed tens of thousands of people in Turkey and Syria. Please consider contributing to the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington's Earthquake Relief Fund. Funds will go directly towards disaster relief through The Jewish Federations of North America, who will coordinate with those on the ground to ensure needs are met as swiftly as possible.
