Brian and Hannah Meister invite the community to Seudah Shlishit this week to mark the shloshim of Brian's father, Dr. Bob Meister, z"l. Speaking and noshing will begin at 5:45 followed by Mincha/Maariv.
Please Join us this Friday night as we-enter our newly renovated Chapel! At 6:35 PM, we will re-affix the Mezuzah, followed by a festive Kabbalat Shabbat led by David Gillers at 6:45 PM. While there are still a few finishing touches remaining, we are excited to reach this milestone! Daily minyan will also be moving to the Chapel beginning Sunday morning.

The Ohev Children's Choir will be participating in High Holiday services. Rehearsal will be at 10:30 am on Shabbat morning. We encourage all kids between the ages 4-10 to join.
Construction Update
Beginning Friday afternoon, we are reopening the Jonquil street (side entrance) with fob access, as well as the chapel, main lobby, main stairs and the Pit. Please note: The building remains under construction. Signage will indicate sections which remain off-limits. Downstairs bathrooms will remain the only ones for usage. Please be sure to survey the newly accessible spaces, conveying appropriate cautionary messages to children. We appreciate your patience as we begin to make this transition.

Sunday, October 9 at 10am - Sukkah decorating in the Ohev Sukkah. Join us to make our community sukkah festive, fun, and beautiful! Children of all ages invited. All are welcome. Please bring books for children of all ages if you'd like to participate in a book swap!
Friday night, October 14, 7:00- 9:30pm - Communal Dinner followed by Tisch in the Sukkah! Join us for a delicious catered dinner at 7:00 pm in the Ohev Sukkah followed by a Tisch at 8:30 pm with singing, Torah, and l'chaims. Registration required for dinner, details to follow, and Tisch open to all. Featuring our wonderful interim clergy -- Rabbi Phil and Dr. Yedida!
October 26- 6:30pm on Zoom: Pink Sprinkle Challah Bake led by Revital Schwartz, in support of Sharsheret.
