Youth Director Candidate Visit Next Shabbat (January 7-9), details below.
Vaccine Card Upload: OSTNS requires that every eligible individual over 12 years-old be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend indoor tefillah or other activities. Please see below for details and instructions on uploading your card.
Reminders from the Health Task Force: In light of the more contagious Omicron variant, distancing requirements at services now include the following: sitting by family unit, keeping one empty row between congregants, and three empty seats between family units within a row. At the end of services the men's section will exit out the 16th street exit and the women's out the Jonquil exit. We ask that everyone bring your coats with you into the sanctuary to avoid congestion in the coatroom. We will also now require congregants to wear masks while they are standing at the kiddush table under the tent.
Important- Vaccine Card Upload
OSTNS requires that every eligible individual over 12 years-old be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend indoor tefillah or other activities. To implement this requirement, please upload proof of your/family members' vaccination status (i.e., a copy of your HHS COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card) to this link before attending indoor services at Ohev Sholom. The system holding this information is secure, and your personal health information will be kept strictly confidential from any person without a valid need for it. Attendees who previously uploaded their Record Cards in order to attend indoor services for the high holidays do not need to do so again at this time.
If you have a valid medical exemption from this vaccination requirement and still would like to attend services, please inform Executive Director Monica Wolfe at monica.wolfe@ostns.org. Please note that no change has been made to-date to either the public health recommendations on required masking of all attendees, social distancing while inside, or the number of attendees, but we will inform the community should that change with the dynamic pandemic situation.
Thank you for your cooperation!

Please begin reflecting or even writing out a submission. Details to follow. For those with particular talents or interest in this Commemorative Appreciation Collection project, please reach out to Sarah Fertig Trauben at sarahtrauben@gmail.com.
