Teen Minyan This Shabbat! All teens- please join us at 9:45 AM this Shabbat (10/30) at 1387 Locust Rd NW (the Bloom Lesser Backyard) for our second Teen Minyan! Please sign-up in advance here to attend and volunteer to lain/lead tefilot. Hope to see you there!
Parent-child learning this Shabbat at 4:15 pm at the Roth family for 2nd-5th grades. The learning will take place outdoors at their home, 1717 Poplar Lane. Join us for activity-based learning on the topic of charity, Food, Clothes, and Homes: What Should our Charity go to?

Spotlight on... Shabbat Youth Groups Schedule
9:30 am:
For younger kids- supervised play at Shepherd playground (drop off at playground).
For 2nd-6th grades-Meet inside and daven with the shul. We will be sitting together in the back of the synagogue fully masked, as required by the shul. This is an opportunity for the kids to experience the routine of the Shabbat shacharit. At 10:15 AM, we will go outside for Parsha, games and snacks.
10:30 am: Youth groups in Ohev's tent, divided by age (Pre-K and under, K-2nd, and 3rd and up).
Masks and social distancing required.

The Capital Closet of Yad Yehuda (formerly the Clothing Exchange) has available hours for all members of the community to shop at no cost this Sunday, October 31 from 10am-11 am, at 1910 University Blvd. West. This is an opportunity for everyone to come and shop for beautiful, tzanua clothing in our well equipped showroom.
