Winter Coat Drive
We hope that you will join the Ohev community by participating in this year's SPCA Children's Winter Coat Drive to help out the clients of Hope and a Home. We hope to provide coats to three families through the coat drive. All coats should be new and you can feel free to toss in some hats, gloves, scarves and the like to keep these kids warm from head to toe. This is a great way to help the greater DC community and Hope and a Home is a wonderful organization.
Please click here to volunteer to purchase a coat as part of the coat drive. If you are not able to purchase a coat, the kids do need hats, gloves and scarves. Feel free to drop those off too!
All coats should have a post-it note/sticker with the family name on them so we are able to distribute them appropriately.
Please drop-off all coats by Wednesday, October 27th at the Berger house - 7708 Morningside Drive NW. There will be a box on the front porch for the coat drive. If you have any questions please email Rachel Weiss-Berger, rachelwberger@gmail.com.
