Saturday, October 26, 2024 • 24 Tishrei 5785
12:00 PM - 12:45 PMOhev welcomes Sofia Freudenstein for Shimini Atzeret, Simhat Torah, and Shabbat of Parashat Bereishit. She will be assisting youth programming over the holidays and teaching a shiur to high school students.
Sofia Freudenstein Bio:
She is a fourth-year student at Yeshivat Maharat and a Jewish Philosophy MA student at Yeshiva University. She has learned as a senior fellow at Rabbi Aryeh Klapper's Summer Beit Midrash, Yeshivat Drisha, and has been Rosh Beit Midrash at Camp Stone. When not trying to balance Torah learning, Sofia loves birdwatching, voice-noting family and friends, and listening to (and seeing! as a synesthete) music. She is currently rabbinic intern at HIR.
