This form is to schedule appointments for women. Please contact the office at 202-882-7225 or info@ohevdc.org to schedule appointments for men or conversions.

Thank you for submitting your request for an appointment. Once scheduled, an email will be sent to you so that you can pay online in order to confirm your appointment. If payment presents a barrier  for you, please email rabbanit@ohevdc.org. No one will be turned away due to financial constraints.
